These terms govern your use of AutoFilterHub.com and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to make a purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We work to keep product descriptions, images, fitment data, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with a material error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order before shipment, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
• All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Brand names, part numbers, and trademarks are used solely to identify product compatibility and are the property of their respective owners.

3. Order Acceptance

• An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not a binding acceptance of your order.
• We accept your order when it is shipped.
• We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, payment problems, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

• Payment is processed at checkout by PCI-compliant payment partners.
• By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You authorize us to charge the full order total, including taxes and shipping, to your selected method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

6. Fitment Guarantee

• Before ordering, you may send us your VIN or Engine Serial Number (ESN) and we will verify fitment in writing at no cost.
• If we confirm fitment in writing and the part does not fit your vehicle as confirmed, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.
• If you order without requesting a fitment check and the part does not fit, the return is treated as a standard return under our returns terms.

7. Returns

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our support team.
• Parts must be unused, in original factory-sealed packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Special-order, electrical, and oil-soaked items are non-returnable for safety and authenticity reasons.
• A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of an AutoFilterHub error.

8. Warranty

• Parts sold by AutoFilterHub carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
• Warranty claims are processed in cooperation with the manufacturer. We will assist you through the process.
• Beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, products are sold “as is” and AutoFilterHub disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Installation & Use

• Replacement of fuel filters, ignition components, water separators, and similar parts should be performed by a qualified technician.
• You assume all risk associated with installation, including damage to your vehicle, personal injury, voiding of factory warranty, and any local emissions or regulatory implications.
• AutoFilterHub is not liable for installation-related issues or damages.

10. Intellectual Property

• All site content, including text, images, logos, layout, and product descriptions, is the property of AutoFilterHub or its licensors.
• Brand names and trademarks (Fleetguard, Cummins, Motorcraft, Ford, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify product compatibility.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or use our site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AutoFilterHub’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or vehicle downtime.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoFilterHub, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your installation or use of a product purchased from us.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The Last updated date at the bottom reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
